4 Reasons to Fall in Love with Earthing

First off, what is earthing?

Earthing—also known as grounding—refers to making direct skin contact with the surface of the earth, or connecting to the earth through the use of grounding tools.

And here are 4 reasons to fall in love with this practice:

  1. It’s free!
  2. It’s enjoyable. How does a walk along the beach while the tide ebbs and flows beneath your feet sound?
  3. You can get creative with it. Tree hugging, anyone?
  4. It gives you a moment to get away from it all.

With spring just around the corner, it’s the perfect time get outside and try it out!
